Sand making machine, also known as fine crushing crusher, is widely used for medium and fine crushing (sand making) of various hard and brittle materials such as rocks, abrasives, refractory materials, cement clinker, quartz, iron ore, concrete aggregate and so on. For construction sand, road sand is especially suitable.
The stones directly fall into the high-speed rotating rotary table from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they are separated with another part in an umbrella form. The target stones around the rotary table produce high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy motion between the rotary table and the casing, resulting in multiple mutual blows, friction and crushing, which will be discharged directly from the lower part. Form a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and the required particle size is controlled by the screening equipment.
