1.Can I get a sample to check the quality?
Yes you can get a free sample cut to check the fabric and quality.

2. What is the lead time for samples?
If we're not in busy season, your sample order will be shipped out in 5-15 days.

3. What is the lead time for delivery?
Generally goods can be delivered in 30-60 days after receiving deposit and confirm of order details.
Stock can be delivered in 7-15 days.

4. Can I put my own label and logo on the item?
Yes, and there are two options available:
1) Send your label artwork to us and we produce them for you.
2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the items.

5.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 200 pieces per color for embroidery, 500-1000 pieces for printed.
For stock items, there is no MOQ required.
For your special request with less MOQ, please message us, we will check with our warehouse and our fabric suppliers to find a possible solution. We have hundreds of stock fabrics, which can be less moq, please contact us for details.

6.Can you provide ODM service?
Yes we can provide ODM service, which means size, material, design, packing, etc. Will be on your request. Your Logo will be shown on your products.
