This type machine is mainly used in filling&packing pure water,mineral water,baverage,wine,no contains gas liquid etc,it is suitable for 3gallon-5gallon barrels.
The 3gallon&5gallon barrels with gland capping way, it is thermal shrink.
The machine contains Flushing, Filling and Capping three functions together in one.
It runs automatic by advanced MITSUBISHI PLC controller.
The conveyor runs by frequency changer, it synchronous with the host inverter makes bottle feeding more stable and reliable.
Reliable photoelectric detection, high-efficiency fully automatic production,simple operation.

We provide production line layout drawings and mould drawings. Free charge for word design on the mould. We can help you install the machines,and do commissioning to make the whole line working in a good condition. There is a little charge for flight charge and accommodation.
Warranty:
We response for one year warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare parts for clients.
We also provide technical service for machine installation and commissioning.
Delivery time:30 working days(more or less,depends on design).
Payment: 30% T/T as advance payment and the balance should be paid before shipment after inspected by customer.
