Renishaw Probe Manual 3D Measurement System YF-3020T
I. Usage
YF-3020T is a 3D manual type Video Measuring System developed by Yihui.
It is designed to inspect, measure and analyze the 2D, 3D data in all application areas, widely used in different kinds of precision finishing industries like machinery, electronics, ironware, plastics, etc.
1. It can measure point, line, circle, arc and oval, rectangular and improve the accuracy with the multi-point positioning function.
2. In metrology terms, the machine can test and dimension width, length, height, thickness, diameter, angel, straightness, flatness, perpendicularity, circular degree, coaxiality, etc.
3. Combination of measurements, center structure and the intersection of structure, the midpoint of construction, line structure, a round structure and structural point of view.
II. Features
1. It adopts TEO™ 1 / 2’’ color CCD camera and professional Pomeas™zoom lens, big FOV, guarantee clear image during fast moving image measurement.
2. Programmable integrated 8 regional light control, achieve professional surface measurement.
3. It has RS-232 interface with a computer and specialized measurement software which can also processes and output circular mapping. Measurement data can be directly transformed into AutoCAD file and become a full work circle, the data also can be entered in Excel and Word to conduct statistical analysis.
4. Grade 00 JINANQING granite base and column,high stability.
5. ‘Image+Probe’ measuring method, equipped with Renishaw™ probe and our company's self-developed 3D metrology software, can achieve rapid measurement with high accuracy.
6. With UWC series professional metrology controller, each probe touch can be heard with beep, more accurate probe operation.

1. Within 12 months from the date of assembly and acceptance, during this period, we will take phone and the internet to provide users with a combinative after-sale advisory service.

1) If instrument failure caused by our side, we will send spare parts at our
cost to customer for replacement under our instruction, and we can have

can be replaced for free within 3 months if quality problem.
3) We provide free software upgrade for the user on legal use during warranty period.
3. If our engineer will be invited to customer side for training/service, our technical service will be free for first time during warranty period, except ticket and accommodation.
4. Our company has spare parts which can be provided for the users with cost.
5. We provide users with after-sales value-added technical service by preferential price for life, such as technical upgrades and retrofit.
