It consists of a MEMS microphone element and an impedance converter amplifier.
The low frequency response makes it an excellent choice for applications requiring precise phase matching.
It is pin compatible with theINMP401 and INMP411 microphones, providing an easy upgrade path.
It has a linear response up to 130 dB SPL. It offers low frequency extension down to 6 Hz, resulting in excellent phase characteristics in the audio range.
Low current consumption enables long battery life for portable applications.
