SYLOID ED 2 is a high porosity, easily dispersible untreated silica matting agent. It has a high matting efficiency. Due to its fine particle size it imparts excellent surface smoothness to the coating film.
SYLOID ED 2 is mainly used for matting of thin film systems, e.g.:
