Application:
Extraction tank is applied to water extraction, soaking extraction, reflux extraction, extracting aroma oil, recovery of organic solvent and etc, working under atmospheric pressure and micropressure, is efficient in performance and easy in operate.
The machine is complete with CIP cleaning system inside, meeting GMP standard.
Components:
Extracting tank, defoaming device, condenser, cooler, filter, oil-water separator, delivery pump and etc.
The main body of the extracting tank consists of an inner cylinder, a jacket layer, a heat insulating layer, a branch ear, a
pneumatic slag discharging gate, and a heat insulating layer of the extracting tank,and the aluminum silicate rock wool is used as
the heat insulating material, the inner cylinder body is SUS304/316L. The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning ball, thermometer,
explosion-proof sight lamp, quick opening feed gate, etc..
Characteristics:
1. The slag door structure adopts closed cylinder slag door,there are two cylinder pushing turn solid rotation aside, thread
structure which make its multi wedge block drive the door lock up slag, slag door and tank flange platen close and seal well, with high safety factor.
2. Material discharge pipe adopts stainless steel pipe, liquid outlet joint is sealed reliably, avoiding the fatigue stress of
the metal hose and affecting the frequent breakage and leakage.
3. Complying with (GMP) standard requirements.
