Product Description


Phosphate Buffered Saline with 3% Non-Fat Milk(PBS Milk) pH 7.4, One bottle of powder is NET weight 200g, its contents are smooth dry white powder. 9.98g powder dissolved in 250 ml of ultrapurewater water will yield a 1× solution containing 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.8 mM KH2PO4, 138 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 3% Non-Fat Milk ,pH 7.4 at 25°C.. Contents were tested to be free of DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase. Don’t need to measure or adjust the pH, it is ready –to- use. PBS Milk is widely used to dilute most active biological agents, in washing buffer,also used in the blocking step of western blotting.
