Introduction
Genesis Walkbot is a three-joint fully automatic lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robot independently developed and designed by our company. It has original hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint drive devices, which can completely simulate the real human lower limb walking pace to train and exercise the muscles of the lower limbs. Finally it can restore the control ability of the nervous system to the walking function and achieve the purpose of recovering the walking function.
The product has a unique ankle joint drive device, which solves the disadvantage that the previous lower limb rehabilitation robot can only train hip and knee joints, but the ankle joint cannot be trained. It has created a first-of-its-kind active and passive training of the complete gait of the hip, knee and ankle joint linkage, and is in a leading position in the entire medical industry.

Indications
Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Brain Trauma, Parkinson's, Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Disuse Myasthenia, Spinal Muscular Atrophy,
Afterprosthesis replacement such as total joint replacement, lower extremity degenerative joint disease such as osteoarthritis.
Contraindication
1. Spinal instability;
2. Patients with unhealed lower extremity fractures without internal fixation;
3. The patient cannot actively cooperate;
4. Excessive muscle spasms are induced during exercise;
5. Orthostatic hypotension;
6. Severe osteoporosis;
7. Mental disorder;
8. Unstable vital signs;
9. Patients with damaged joint surface skin;
10. Patients with bone and joint tumors and rehabilitation physicians believe that rehabilitation training is not suitable.




1. The world's first ankle drive device
The world's first exoskeleton rehabilitation robot with an ankle joint drive device avoids the disadvantage that the previous rehabilitation robot can only fix the hip joint and knee joint, and the ankle joint cannot be trained. The same gait pattern as a normal person.

From the perspective of rehabilitation, the movements to be trained should be commonly used in life to help patients establish correct movement patterns.
The Walkbot adopts an electric drive device on the ankle joint, and the three joints of hip, knee and ankle cooperate with the gait, which can achieve the most natural gait posture that is closest to the actual gait.

2. The world's first automatic joint length adjustment system
The length adjustment of hip-knee joint and knee-ankle joint is accurate from the previous 1cm to 1mm, which is convenient for children and patients to formulate more accurate training parameters to achieve accurate evaluation, accurate feedback, and accurate training.

The preparation time before training can be shortened by more than 5 minutes.
Accurate human joint angle model settings can help patients establish more natural movement patterns and gait postures that are closer to their real gait.
3. Human-computer interaction between patients and robots
Based on the patient's continuous training data, the Genesis Walkbot provides intelligent and interactive training modes.

It can automatically adjust the parameters of the patient's spasticity or stiffness, assist & resistance force, pace, and combine the dynamics and kinematics of the hip, knee, and ankle joints to achieve a real perfect fusion of human-machine integration.
Before training, the doctor or therapist sets a target pace, target strength, and task strength.
During patient training, when the accumulated strength of the completed task exceeds the original target strength value, the robot's pace increases by 0.1km/h, otherwise it decelerates by 0.1km/h until it reaches the target pace.

4. Metronome function
Auditory feedback (metronome function)
Metronome is an auxiliary function that produces a steady beat at different tempos
During each gait cycle, stimulate the patient's hearing by making interesting sounds, cultivate the patient's walking rhythm, and increase the stability of walking
In order to increase the patient's awareness of active rehabilitation, when the need to exert force, a sound is issued to prompt
Single-leg or double-leg training can be performed, and the time node of the sound can be selected

5. Three-dimensional robot gait training analysis system
Based on robot walking training data, the Genesis Walkbot reproduces the patient's walking movements in visual 3D and graphics.

Viewpoint transformation (front/rear/left/right) and specific parts can be played repeatedly, and real-time analysis chart function is provided, and training participants can be quantitatively analyzed through normal gait trajectory map, hip/knee joint angle map, and ankle joint position map gait.

After the robot walking training, not only can it analyze its own walking pattern, but also can confirm the degree of improvement in walking.
