Q: How to get a sample?

A: Pay the sample fee and express delivery fee, you provide the address, we will send it within 3-7 days.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: T/T ( 30% Deposit, Balance be paid before shipping / or the 70% against B/L copy after shippment ,Or Irrevocable L/C at sight.) for small order we accept PAYPAL, WEST UNION.

Q: How to arrange shipment?

A: If the price is based on CNF Destination, we will arrange the forwarder to ship the cargo to the destination port . You just to pick up your goods with the custom documents. If price is based on FOB our port, we can help to arrange the forwarder too .But if you have appointed forwarder ,please let them contact us directly .

Q: How to avoid quality problems?

A: When customer place the order, please specify specification as clear as possible to avoid quality problems in future. For LCL shipment, we advice customer pay attention to shipping to avoid goods damage when loading and unloading.

Q: How to solve quality problems?

A: Usually, we will inspect goods carefully before delivery according to AQL standard. If it is product itself quality problems, we will replace defect parts or whole product free of charge. For those quality caused by shipment, especially for LCL goods, if price is based on FOB, we will take no responsibility.
