1.Can I visit your factory?

Sure, we have our factory in Hangzhou, China. If you want to have a visit to our factory, please contact us to make an appointment.

 

2. How can I know how my order is being done?

We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. 

The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. 

The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.

 

3.Where is your factory?

We factory located in North of Hangzhou, two-hours drive to Shanghai. We have our own showroom and factory, covering more than 10000 square meters. You are most welcomed to visit us anytime.

 

4.Can I order samples? Are they free of charge? 

Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed, but we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order.

 

5.What is the lead time?

For the small order with fabric in stock, we can deliver in 7-15 days. For container order, the lead time is usually 30-45 days after the deposit.

 

6.What if I can't find the info I'm looking for, or what if I want to speak to someone directly?
