The hard shell of roof top tent is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, which is very strong, durable and waterproof.

2. What is the fabric of the tent body?

Tent body is made of high quality Australia polyester/cotton or oxford.

3.Which color can you provide?

Hard shell roof top tent: The hard shell is black or white, body is green, gray, brown or khaki(Australia polyester/cotton) or oxford(brown, grey). We also can provide customized service, we can print the design on the body or top of the roof tent as your demand.

Soft roof top tent: Green, grey, orange and khaki or customized as your demand.

4. I need one roof top tent for test first, how about it?How much?

Of course, we prefer our clients to test sample quality at the beginning. You may pay the cost first, when you take bulk order, the sample cost will be returned. In other words we provide free sample.

5. Do you accept OEM or ODM?

Yes, we are welcome OEM & ODM cooperation.

6. How to install the roof top tent?

Install video and user’s manual will be sent to you, on line customer service is also available. Our roof tent is suitable for most SUV, MPV, trailer with roof rack.

7. How about the warranty?

Our roof top tent is warranted against defects in material and manufacturing for 5 years on fabric tents.

We will repair or replace, at its option, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use. We will repair or replace at our option.

In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, owners have to afford the cost and liability of freight. Shipping damage is the responsibility between tent owner and the logistics company.

8. Does the price include annex and awning?

No, it doesn’t. The price is only for the tent. Annex and awning with different sizes is available just ups to your requirements.

9. What is the term of payment?

There are T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal. PayPal and Western Union is only for sample order.

10. How about the shipping time?

North America(East): 20-25 days

Europe: 25-35 days

Australia/New Zealand: 15-20 days

East and South of Asia: 5-10 days
