Coal ball biochar briquetting charcoal briquette making machine, a mechanical equipment that presses powdered particles into one shape. The granular powder is often difficult to form. The briquette machine can be quickly and stably formed, such as coke powder, coal powder, charcoal powder, carbon black powder, dry powder, metal slag, iron filings, etc.
The machine mainly include inlet, mold, reducer,, transmission gear, drive pulley, outlet, motor these parts.
Usually in order to make finished briquettes strong and hard, it need put binder and mix them together, for example charcoal powder, coal powder, carbon black powder, etc.
Besides, for some special materials that can not add binder and water, it can use dry powder ball press machine.

Mesh Belt Dryer
To make better quality briquettes, usually in mixing process, it need put water and binder, so after pressed, the briquettes are wet.
Mesh belt dryer can dry wet charcoal coal briquettes, after drying, they can be packed into bags directly. It can customize length and width depends on capacity, for example length 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, 16m, 20m, etc.
