Operation Manual of Ray Protective Mask
1. [Main Structure of the Product]
The protective mask is made of lead organic materials.
2. [Performance]
The lead equivalent is not less than 0.12 mmpb.
3. [Application of the Product]
The protective mask is used to protect the face and eyes from the radialization from X-ray and other radials.
4. [Applicability]
This product is suitable for the applied fields of radiology, interventional iatrology, nuclear iatrology and atomic energy.
5. [Usage]
1.Knob A: it is situated behind the head hoop and locked at ordinary times. Only when you press it to the bottom, can you rotate it and adjust the size of it. When you loosen the knob, it can return to the locked state.
2.The two functions of knob B:
a. Loosen the knob B, it can move horizontally along the sliding groove to adjust the distance between the mask and the face. When the user wearing the mask and the room temperature is too low, the gases he breathed out can coagulate on the mask. Then he should adjust the distance to the most position.
b. Adjust the degree of tightness of the knob B reasonably, then the user can put up or down the mask optionally and make it stop at any position that he needs.
3.Snap fastener: it is used to adjust the depth of the head hoop. There are seven positions for choice.
4.Pad: it is used to lighten the head hoop’s pressure to the forehead and make the wearer feel more comfortable. It can be washed by water.
6. [Attention]
The protective mask should not touch with the hard objects for fear to form nicks and make the diaphaneity fall. When you put down the mask, your hands should touch the part of the head hoop and not touch the mask.
7. [Storage]
Store the protective mask in the cool and well airy room with the relative humidity not more than 80% and without corrosive gas.

1. The consumer can choose different protective apron according to his requirement.
2. The protective apron is mainly used for the radiation operator to prevent the scattering of the X-ray and keep his body healthy during the operation.
3. Before operation, the operator should check the inner and outer surface packing cloth of the protective apron wheather it is firm or not, check wheather the connection of the fittings is firm, check whether the attenuation equivalent on the mark is suitable to the operator.
4. After the examination, put on the protective apron, then operate.
5. After the operation, lie the protective apron flat or hang it up by coat hanger to avoid breach caused by a long-time fold and avoid radial leak.
6. When storing the protective apron, put it in the well airy room where untouched the sun shine and far away from the heat source. Must not touch with the acid or alkali chemical products to ensure the service life of it.
7. According to the standard of GB16757-1997, the service life of the protective apron is 4~5 years. The user should have a regular examination to it once a year. The examination method is to fondle or bend the clothing by hand and check it by eyes. If the crackle of the product exceeds one third of it, the product cannot be used any more, must be discarded or renewed.
8. The attenuation equivalent of the protective products is: 0.25mmPb, 0.35mmPb, 0.5mmPb
The voltage of the X-ray radiation tube is: 100kv.
