installation method
1. Make safety warning facilities.

2. Use a drilling machine to drill a circular hole with a diameter of 127mm and a depth of about 45mm. (Mark on the drilling machine, or add a ring to the drill bit to ensure that the drilled round hole has a certain depth)

3. Use a socket tool to dig out the asphalt in the middle of the round hole. (If it is a cement road, crush the cement with an electric crusher)

4. Blow out the sand and water in the hole with high pressure air. (Or use a sponge to absorb the water, the water must be dry, otherwise it will not stick firmly)

5. Use a mold with a fixed height to test whether the depth of the hole is appropriate. (otherwise need to be trimmed)

6. Put bitumen glue or epoxy resin into the hole, you can add a proper amount of small stones and make it smooth. (Asphalt glue hardens quickly, construction is fast, less traffic is affected, and the cost is low, it is suitable for highways, traffic flow is large or the number of continuous installations is large. For sporadic projects with a small number, epoxy resin is used.)

7. Put the solar road stud light into the hole, and rotate the LED lamp bead to the same direction as the incoming vehicle. Finally, lightly hammer the top of the road stud with a rubber mallet to make it flat and completely fixed.
