A1: Pls provide us the specification such as paper napkin's dimension, quantity, material, package, etc, if customized design, provide us the design artwork as well. According to your request, we will quote in detail.

Q2.What Can I do if I cannot provide such detail specifications?
A2: If you really have no idea of the specs or custom designs, please try to find some photos of the products.

Q3.What format of art-work need to provide?
A3: Pls provide artworks in AI or PDF format and with DPI not less than 300. If you don't know how to make designs,our designer will make art-work according to your request.

Q4.Can I get samples?
A4: We can provide you free sample for our existing products, the lead time is around 2-5 days. You need to pay for the sample delivery cost.
If you need the samples according to your design, the sample cost has to be charged from you. The lead time is around 5-10 days.

Q5.Can you make sample for custom design?
A5: Yes. We can. But there is a sample charge. This charge will be refunded according to your quantity after order confirmed.

Q6: Is it possible to custom the packing with my own design?
A6: Yes,you can send us your artworks, then you can get what you want.

Q7.What's the production lead time?
