Q3.The sample for buyer’s new design is free or needs extra fees?
Normally, the sample fees is around USD50 to USD 100 according to fabric and request; Sample fee will be refunded when mass order more than 1000pcs.

Q4. What is your MOQ?
Generally speaking, our MOQ is 200 pcs.
For the difficult ones, It depend on the customization type:
For the LOGO Customization, the MOQ is 500 pcs
For the Color Customization, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs
For the Design Customziation, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs.

Q5. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q6. What is your payment term?
visa, mastercard, T/T, PAYPAL, APPLE_PAY, GOOGLE_PAY, GC_REAL_TIME_BANK_TRANSFER (negotiable).
50%Deposit, 50%Balacne before delivery date.

Express couriers directly (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, EMS, etc.).
By Sea or Air, can be shipped by your forwarder, or by our own forwarder.

Yes, for big order, frequent customers, and new business partners, we'll give reasonable discounts.

Q9. How can I believe that after I payment you can send the goods to me?
As long as you place an order in alibaba, if we don’t ship, you can initiate a complaint on Alibaba, and then Alibaba will solveit for you.

Q10. What is your lead time?
The sample lead time around 3~5 days.
The bulk production lead time around 7~15days .
