Aluminum Composite Material(ACM) Panels Grooving Cutter
ACP V Grooving Bit is specially designed for grooving Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) with 90° 108° 115° 135° angle. Shank diameter 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 6.35mm, 12.7mm are available for option. V Grooving Bit can be used at 15,000 to 20,000 RPM and feed speed 400-600 mm/min. Mainly for v grooving machine ACP sheet metal.

With the unique technique by grooving bit, ACM panels can be shaped by a very simple process, the technique refer to as the “routing and folding” method, it means ACM panel can be manipulated in variety of shapes and sizes. Routing V-shaped grooves, whereby the aluminum cover and a part of the polyethylene core is removed, allows folding or creasing the remaining material by hand.
