Product Description
FM160 soft tube filling and sealing machine is a new filling equipment which is independently developed and designed and manufactured by our company, based on foreign advanced filling and sealing machine type and combined with the domestic actual circumstances of soft tube. The machine type is wholly closed in stainless steel, suitable to filling and sealing of various specifications plastics tube, max speed reaches160 tubes per minute, actual normal speed reaches 120 to 140 tubes per minute, and assuring more than 120 tubes per minute, variable speed via frequency converter. Filling precision is equal to or less than 1%. The sealing manner is metal folding for aluminum tubes, hot air sealing for plastic tubes.

Machine Details
Tube Loading Device
It is semi-automatic loading of the tube box, and the tube is manually loaded by the whole box. The tube box is equipped with a
double door on the front, which is convenient and large in capacity. Taking a 20g tube as an example, it can accommodate more than
700 pieces; driven by a cam, the action is smooth and soft, a negative pressure hole is opened on the flip plate to suck the hose
firmly to ensure that it falls into the tube cup accurately;

Double Heads Filling Device
We use two filling heads to enhance the high speed of the machine.
Tube Sealing and Coding device
Automatic tube sealing through mechanical cam linkage mechanism, there are Alu tubes that can realize two-folding,
three-folding, saddle-type folding and other sealing methods, and hot air sealing for plastic tubes and laminated tubes,ensure
that the sealing is tight and leak-free.
