Punching
▶Six-dies turn-plate structure make sure the upper die and lower die are always in the center.
▶Six Punching dies can punch 6 different kinds of holes so you don’t have to replace the dies frequently.
▶It also can punch non-standard holes with special dies, such as square hole etc.
▶Our punching station also have mechanical two-way positioning rulers,laser light and position needles which can help you save
time and improve work efficiency.

Bending
Our bending angle of bending station is controlled by cooperation of PLC and displacement sensor. It also has the function of memory and error compensation which ensure the accuracy and angle consistency of bending.
This machine is equipped with three processing stations of punching, cutting, and bending. It is controlled by PLC. The main function is to process copper and aluminum bus bars of different specifications. When working, you only need to select the corresponding processing station to cut and punch copper and aluminum bars conveniently and quickly (round hole, long round hole, chamfered R angle, chamfered right angle, chamfered 45 degree angle, square hole) , Horizontal bending, vertical bending, U-typed bending, embossing, twisting and other different processing.
