CM8600 series Refrigerant Charging Machine is specially designed for charging refrigerant to refrigeration unit, it's featured by high charging accuracy, easy operation and fast charging speed. The System adopts smart Siemens PLC&touch screen, Inficon vacuum sensor and Schneider electrical instrument, the charging accuracy utilize advanced compensation algorithm technology which make the machine very durable and high precision.

  • Safety Design

1. The electronic control system and the liquid path system adopt a partition isolation design;

4. The vacuum system uses pneumatic valves to control the on/off, so as to prevent safety problems caused by electrical cabinet;

5. Equipped with internal&extrnal dual gas leakage detection alarm, high sensing sensitivity and alarm in time.

WORKING PRINCIPLE


By using the PLC software to control each component, the recharge machine first recognizes whether or not the
refrigerant is stored in the product system, and the operator selects whether to raise according to the prompt content. At
the time of filling, the equipment mainly completes the vacuuming process and reaches the set vacuum degree. After
passing the vacuum leak test, the refrigerant is poured into the product through a certain filling pressure and filling speed.


  • Filling Operation Process

1. Power on and the system will start the self-detection automatically, if self-detection failed, then system will alarm and has to check the system data setting

2. Connect charging gun with refrigeration unit

3. Press start button on the filling gun, system will automatically enters the vacuuming, vacuum degree detection and filling process, when the filling is completed, the system issues a work completion signal prompt; if the set evacuation and leak detection process In the process, the vacuum in the system does not reach the set value, the device stops the automatic working procedure (or the operator selects the forced filling), and the alarm sound and light prompt signal is issued.
