1. QT4-24 block machine is mainly designed to produce concrete bricks with various sizes. By compressing the mixture of cement, sand, crushed stone , it can make high-density concrete bricks which are widely used for construction.
2. It can make various hollow block,solid brick and interlocking paver brick by changing block moulds.The block mould can be customized .
3.The machine does not need engineer to install at site.After connect with power,you can start production.
4.Four labors are required. One labor feeds raw material into mixer,one labor operate the block machine,two labors transport the finished block to stocking area.
Total line include:
JQ350 Mixer 1 set .
Belt conveyor 1 set.
Host machine 1 set .
PLC control box 1 set .
Block trolley 1 sets.
