Q1: How can I get sample to check the quality?

A: After price confirmed, we can provide samples for the quality check. The sample cost and freight will be charged by unsettled clients. And the sample cost is refundable after order confirmed. While, free samples is for settled clients.

Q2: What about the lead time for mass production?

A: Generally speaking, the production lead time is around 30-45 days which depends on the order quantity you place. We suggest that you start inquiry two months the date you would like to get products in your country.  

Q3: What is your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective to you.  

Q4: What about your payment term?

A: Usually T/T: 30% deposit in advance and the balance payment before shipment or against the copy of B/L. But LC at sight, Papal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance is also acceptable.
