The SecureFix is transparent dressing used to secure objects like I.V. sites or Catheters to the insertion point and can also be used as secondary dressings. The Securefix allow the excess moisture to vent while maintaining a moist wound healing environment which is necessary for wound healing.

Founded in 1998, Yafho independently developed the first "self-adhesive sterile dressing" and devoted itself to wound care and hospital infection control research. It has its own production base and research institute, serving major dressing suppliers, and is one of the largest dressing suppliers in the Chinese medical organizations.
