Wire take-up range: Φ0.6mm-Φ1.6mm.

Capacity: 25-35kg/h(0.6mm as an example)

 

Features:

 

1. Adopt auto stop brake system.

  with this devise, machine will stop automatically:

 1) When reach pre-fixed meter.

 2) When wire breaks during winding.

2. Adopt Pneumatic controlled tightening system.

  Better bobbin tightening make perfect wire arrangement. Wire will not dance during       winding.

3. Adopt shuttle guiding wheel.

  Enable good winding at both ends.
