2) Skilled workers. More than 10 of the workers work in our factory for more than 13 years. And the skill workers determine the quality.
3) Different technology: we have press and 2 parts technologies for double wall glass.
4) Quality standard more strict: From the selection of materials to every step of the production process, we have QC inspections to ensure that the quality of the materials and finished products are high.
5) Packing material: we always use 3 layers box to packing our products.

A: In all procedure the workers will check the quality meanwhile the QA will random inspection in line. QC will inspect the goods before shipment. Special Procedures:
The worker will inspect and clean the tube at the first step
------before joint the inside and outside wall, will clean and inspect;
------before logo decal or annealing, will 100% inspection;
------after annealing and glue with UV, 100% inspection by hand. And test by needle;
------before packing into color box, 100% inspect.
