Laser scanning galvo motor series
Galvo motor is set of core parts of lase scanning system.
Through simulating the voltage signal,change of laser reflecting lens
into various angles driven by galvo motor can be controlled to make
the incidence point of laser beam into different locatioms.
The galvo motor responses very fast to make the laser point quickly
move on a two-dimensional surface,with a controllable movement
trajectory,so that the required diagrams and texts can be drawn
and scanned by laser.

1. How is the galvanometer controlled?
Give the galvanometer voltage analog signal to control,
The change from negative five volts to positive five volts corresponds to the angle change of the galvanometer lens from negative 20 degrees to positive 20 degrees;
Linear relationship, 99% linearity;
The signal frequency determines the mechanical change speed of the lens swing;
But the signal frequency cannot exceed 200HZ, otherwise the reaction will not be able to come;
The signal current does not need to be too large, generally within 500mA;
The control signal should use a sine wave signal;

2. Is there a control system?
The motor is made by ourselves, the motor is swinging, special motor;
We don’t have a control board, only a driver board, no programs,
You need to use a control panel with a program as the main control, and give signals to control the galvanometer movement;
3. What are the light spots and wavelengths of the galvanometer?
The spot of our conventional galvanometer is 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and the wavelength is 380-700nm, 1550nm, 10600nm. You can also provide us with lenses to customize for you.
4. Is your galvanometer uniaxial?
All our galvanometer models can be made into single axis, and X, Y two axis
