2. The correct professional tools should be used when removing the automobile leaf springs. It is best to use copper hammers or copper rods as the removal tools. Remember that you cannot hammer the surface and sides of the spring pieces with iron tools to avoid failure and damage.
3. When penetrating the leaf spring lock, it should be aligned with the semicircular groove on the spring lock and the designated bolt hole for accurate installation.
4. After disassembling the automobile leaf spring assembly, you should check whether the blade is intact and there is no breakage. You can use the knocking sound to judge the integrity and breakage.
5. There is a designation on the back leaf spring pad, it must not be damaged when disassembling, it cannot be missing, and its extension width must be guaranteed.
6. When installing the automobile leaf spring, the corrosion must be clear and coated with graphite grease.
