2.Product features:
This product is suitable for chemical polishing of pure aluminum and aluminum alloy (except die casting aluminum), also can rapidly improve the gloss up to a mirror bright. Product also has the function of removing burr.

4.Operation process:
⑴ To prepare stainless steel material or a thick plastic container, aluminum polishing agent measured is immersed in polishing vessel. Fully stir evenly with plastic bar tools. At this time the polishing liquid will be heated up to 80℃~100℃ with stainless steel tube.
⑵The oil – free and ink-free aluminum work piece is immersed gently in the polishing solution of 80 ℃ to 100 ℃ with operation tool (clamp, hook and so on), gently flip the work piece. When it is discovered that the reaction of aluminum work piece accelerate (about 1 minutes), immediately take out the work piece and throw into clear water tank.
⑶Remove ash and deactivation, the surface of polished aluminum work piece has a layer of black ash, you can use the tower to wipe off the ash. The product can also be immersed in the removal of the ash deactivation agent for 3~5 minutes, then take out the work piece and washing.
⑷ Do not overlap between the work pieces when drying. Parts should be placed separately.
5. matters needing attention：
⑴ Products are corrosive. Wear latex gloves in operation (wearing a hat and latex gloves to operate in large process or assembly line operation).
⑵ The surface of aluminum work piece before polishing does not contain oil, ink, adhesive tape etc..
⑶ The high temperature polishing will produce large amounts of water vapor, you should put a fan inside the container of polishing.
⑷ You should use the operating tool to take the aluminum work piece, and cannot directly touch with your hand in order to prevent scald.
