Q:If we invest in mold ,but sample is not satisfing ,what should we do it ?
A:We will make mold strictly according to drawings or sample,if our first sample is not satisfied,we will modify mold till it is satisfying.If our sample could not reach to the quality of drawing or original sample more than 3 times, we will return your mold change.
Q: What is the process to finish an order.
Answer is as following:
1.Receiving inquiry with drawings.
2.Our engineer calculates cost and quote and Boss make final quotation
3.After fews of emails exchanges, client accept quotation finally ,then client decides to make samples.
4.We make and send technical drawing for client's approval and Client confirm drawing.
5.We make Proforma Invoice of Mold charge and Client pay for the mould charge.
6.We start to make mould after mould charge received.
7.We make sample after mould finished.
8.Client pay the Sample mailing charge and we send sample to client by International Express for client's approval.
9. If sample is ok,client decide to place the formal order,and we make PI.
10. Client pay 30% of the cargo amount,and we start to produce according to the order.
11.Cargo finished,client or his agent inspect the cargo.If you don't inspect cargo,we will take photos of cargoes.
12.Client pay the balance before delivery or after seeing copy of B/L and cargoes on board.All order process is finished then.
