2.Product features：
This product is widely used for imitation bronze antique treatment of aluminium profiles, aluminum zipper, aluminum alloy surface.This product is environmentally friendly, non corrosive, odorless,no stimulation,harmless to human and environment. Operation is simple and easy to operate.
It is excellent to form the antique light film binding force. This product has high hardness，wear-resisting and not decolonization. It is suitable for antique and antique processing of aluminum, aluminum doors and windows ,aluminum alloy zipper.
The whole process only a simple container to operate does not need electricity.
3. Technological process：
⑴You can obtain bright clean aluminum surface by removing oil, pickling, polishing.
⑵A agent is treated about 30 seconds before aluminum is immersed
⑶After washing and then enter the pre-treatment of B agent about 30 seconds.
⑷After washing, once again enter the aluminum pre-treatment of A agent for 8 seconds, washing and getting the uniform surface.
⑸Enter the aluminum bronze colorant (material: water =1:1), 80℃~90℃colored 5~8 minutes, washing and drying.
4.Matters needing attention：
⑴Operation must be washed before entering any next process link so as not to change the product performance and make the work piece color is not uniform.
⑵Adjust the pH value of the Bronze colorant appropriate and supply colorant solution, the amount of supplement is 5%-10%.
