A1: We are a factory with strong ODM and OEM capabilities,and we have 10 years of skateboard production and research and development experience.
Q2: Can you make the decks according to customized own size and graphics?
A2: Yes, as a professional manufacturer with strong ODM&OEM capability, we can do customized goods according to your requirement.It's better in Al file or PSD , or at least in JPEG file,the resolution should be No less than 300dpi.
Q3: How long is the production time and how soon is the sample delivery?
A3: The order will be usually ready in 15-20days after it's confirmation.We have regular samples in stock, it can be shipped at once. For customized sample, it can be ready within 7days and it’s depend on the actual situation.
Q4: How about the shipping method?
A4:DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX and other air shipments and sea shipments are all workable. In one words, we could do any shipments you wanted.
Q5: How about the MOQ?
A5: For the goods in the stock,MOQ of regular style is 1 pieces.
For Customized style, MOQ should be over 20 pieces but is negotiable.
