1.BOTTOM SHEET SYSTEM

1) Import servo motor is used to drive the suction belt bottom paper conveying structure, matching the Japanese neon suction belt and SMC high frequency valve, so that the base paper (corrugated, paper jam) transmission distance is accurate and smooth.

2)Pit paper bending, pneumatic press can press the front end of the pit paper, to ensure smooth paper.

2.TOP PAPER SYSTEM

1) Adopt the structure of four-suction and four-feed paper, conjugate cam structure to feed paper, feed paper smoothly and reliably.

2)Valve core easy to disassemble, easy to clean.

3)The adjustment of paper deviation and split suction nozzle can be carried out under the condition of not stopping.

3.DRIVE SYSTEM

Power transmission uniform distribution, the whole machine adopts imported double-sided tooth synchronous belt transmission, maintenance-free. Bottom noise. high efficiency

4.Positioning and gluing system

1)High-precision glue roller, fine grinding to ensure uniform gluing

2)The specially machined copper block ensures that the high-speed rollers do not get rid of the rubber, overflow the rubber and adjust the backflow of the glue, ensure the cleaning of the equipment and the service life of the bearing.

3)By using many groups of photoelectric detection and calculating the error value between the surface paper and the bottom paper, the servo motor on both sides of the surface paper is controlled to compensate the surface paper to the predetermined position for the same precision fitting.
