Q : What is your minimum order quantity ?

A: Minimum order is 10 pieces.

Q: Can we require a sample before ordering ?

A:  Yes. Sample cost and freight on your side. Upon new order reached 100 pcs, we would return back the sample cost.’

Q:Can we print our own logo on products ?

A :Yes,We supply OEM service.

Q: Can products packed in our own designed package?

A: Yes.

Q : How long the production delivery date?

A: 25-30 days upon deposit received. Small orders 15-20 days. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity you order.

Q: What is the payment term?

A: 30 % deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipping. We will take photos of goods for you before you paying the balance.

Q:How long the warranty period ?
