Henma is trading company who has over 15 years experience in feed/animal business. We has developped dozen of factories in this feed/biomass supply chain system which has experience to work with original brand like Muyang, Buhler, Zhengchang in feed and Yulong, Kingwood and Rongda in Biomass. Based on this supply chain system, we have provided our products and service to over 35 customers overseas. Our main market is in Southeast Asia(45%), Middle East (25%), CIS (20%) and others 10%.
Q2:How you gurarantee your spare and wear parts quality?
After so many years running of company, we know the quality is the most important things for trading company, so we have a QC team in our company who corporate with supplier to build the QA system with factory together. According to the product, we have build the full system including raw material inspection before production, key point of the process inspection during production, and quality acceptance after production. Benefit by this system, we reduce the quality issue happen in a inficiency way, and we also
very proud to announce that all parts buy from us is refundable if quality has problem.
Q3:Why choose you, a trading company instead of others including factory?
Henma is a trading company but not a trading company only. As we mentioned before, we have engineer team to help factory make a QA/QC system due to our orders, so the quality of your parts through Henma is better. And what's more, we deeply know the importance of service. We also have a service team to help customers to do maintanance work, maximize their equipment performance, do the cost analysis and compared with other factory to find better product do reduce the cost. We mainly focus on spare parts for Feed/Biomass industry. Also some single machines such as chipper, hammer mills, pellet mills,coolers, sifters are available to customers. The feed/biomass production lines will introduce to our partners to help you to design and build for you.
Q6:How to send engineers to help us to do trouble shooting or machinery installation during this pandemic period ?
First of all, our engineers are always ready to help. But in this pandemic period, send engineers is almost impossible for internation travel. So we also build a system to help customer to do trouble shooting online also including vedio and documents which can help you to do installation and commissioning. We already helped many of our customers to do trouble shooting and commissioning work online successfully.
Q7:How many staffs do you have in your factory?
36 staffs around.
