A:1. Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel and product that we did which we have in warehouse is free sample.Customer can refer to our quality based on the exsisting product without paying sample charge..The only cost customers need to pay is the shipping cost(By DHL / Fedex / TNT / UPS ).
2.Samples of Printed Towel or Custom-WOVEN need to pay sample charges.

A: About 2~3 days for our existing samples.
About 4-5 days for customized printed microfiber towels--very quick
Woven and molded products sample time is around 10-14days
Q:What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance Order and PayPal are acceptable.
