Second, Scope of application and features:
This product is used for iron and steel degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, passivation, four functions in one, simplify the process, reduce equipment, save labor and cost, after the product treatment, steel surface formed a layer of dense black passivation film, in acidic atmospheric environment, can keep six months of rust. It will not rust in neutral atmosphere for two years. The workpiece treated by this product can be used as the bottom layer of all kinds of paint and electrophoretic paint, and can improve the adhesion of paint. The product does not contain any heavy metal and toxic substances.

1. Appearance: transparent, tasteless, light yellow (free of heavy metals and chromium),
2. Acidic products.
3, the use of temperature: normal temperature (20 ~ 50℃)
Fourth, treatment methods:
This product is twice used with water, soak for 3 ~ 10 minutes, take out the workpiece, do not wash first, expose the workpiece in the air for 8 ~ 12 minutes and then rinse with water, finally dry the workpiece, can also be naturally dry without washing.
Fifth, wastewater treatment methods:
Neutralize with alkali (including lime, calcium carbonate) to PH 6-9, and then settle. The supernatant can be discharged after passing the test, and the sediment can be collected to plant flowers and trees.
