    Aluminum nitride is a nitride of metal aluminum,it is one of the best materials to use if high thermal conductivity is required. When combined with its excellent electrical insulation properties, aluminium nitride is an ideal heat sink material for many electrical and electronic applications.
    Aluminum nitride have excellent thermal conductivity, up to 320 W/(m·K),high electrical insulation, and thermal expansion close to that of silicon, and are attracting attention as materials for high thermal conductivity substrates. It is used for power transistor module boards, light emitting diode mount boards, and IC packages.
