1. What is your best price for this watch?
The price is negotiable. It will be depended on your quantity or package. So Please show all details and requirements when you send inquiry to us for getting more correct QUOTATION;
2. How about your MOQ? Can I have many styles and colors?
For customized style, The MOQ is 300 PCS for each model or color.If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.
3. When will you ship out my goods after confirming the order ?
For products in stock, the lead time is 3-5 days once the payment was received.
For customized order, quantity within 1000 PCs, production time is 15-18 days after confirm details.
Above 3000 PCS, We have to confirm it after checking all production plan.Anyway,the earlier we confirmed the samples,the delivery date will be shorter.
4. Can you accept LOGO custom?
Yes, we can make the logo for you. Generally the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers’ demands.
5. How about your warranty policy or ideas?
We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any
subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you received them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.

Our pocket watches are no waterproof because this watch's technology ;For wrist watch,the water resistance can be customized from 3ATM to more.
