Coating: Flat screen plate is coated by photo-sensitive lacquer firstly.
Drying: Then lacquer-coated rotary screen be put into a climatizer for drying.
Exposing: The next flat screen engraving process can be finished around 5minutes/square meter.This screen exposing machine adopt 48 Diodes which generate 405nm UV light to direct exposure the none-pattern area.
