Q10: What's the MOQ?
A10: MOQ will be decided by the size, shape and color request, normal from 500, 5000 to 10000 pcs.
Q11: Do you offer free sample? Whafs the sample lead time?
A11: Customized sample will be with sample charge around USD 100-500, depends on your request.
Sample lead time from 3-10 days, for no print, print or digital print sample.
We usually use our existing material for trial samples and print set up charge will be refunded back after order.

Q12: Is freight collect or pre-pay for sample?
A12: Delivery cost will be paid by buyer. You can choose pay for advance as cost will be cheaper.

3) We will provide a Proforma Invoice for deposit payment;
4) Pre-production upon receiving deposit, we will order Raw material and make PP sample for approval-- Start Mass production after approval;

6) End production and send your shipping samples if required. Third party inspection if needed;
7) Client make the balance payment before shipping.

A16: 1) If the product is found to have quality defects In Time after receiving the goods, please provide relevant records of defective products In Time. After confirming the situation, We will negotiate the loss according to the damage rate of defective products, and the compensation for dective products can reach 100%.
2) In principle, we do not provide after-sales service,because we have a mandatory requirement that all products are 100% qualified before shipment.
