Question 2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 4 hours fast train from Shanghai .All

our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Question 5:Do you have stock products to sell?

No. We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quality, design, packing solution, etc will depend on

your request. Obviously, your logo can be printed or weaving on the products.

Question 6:What about MOQ?

Our MOQ be 500pcs

Question 7:What’s common packing?

Common packing is put 12pcs into a pressure bale. If you have other requirements, such as one piece into

one opp bag, then 10pcs into carton, pls let us know, it needs to charge in separate.

Question 8:What’s terms of payment?

30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.

Question 9:How can I get a sample to check your quality? And what’s the sample cost and lead time?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you just need samples to check the design and quality , we will provide you samples for free, as long as you

afford the express freight.

Question 10: When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 1 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us

or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Question 11:What’s your delivery time?

For 500pcs, we need around 15 days after sample approval. Bigger quantity. More days needed.

If your goods are very urgent, please discuss with us, we will try our best to arrange our factory to finish your order first.
