Q1.How your products and the service quality ensured?

All our products have complete certification for different markets, such as CE/ETL/SAA etc.

And we have 12 months quality warranty against BL issue date. If the product does not work properly as described and the problem is proven to be caused by our side, exchange service for the same specific item will be available. Also, A-ONE staffs will always be there for you if necessary.

Q2.If we don't find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you make customized products?

Yes, we can provide bespoke service for customers with specific requirements. You can send us detailed requirements by email, we will check whether we can do it as required. Or the samples can be sent for more information.

Q3.Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces of samples for testing before bulk order?

Q4.What about delivery date?

If we have free stocks of the item you need, it can be sent within 1 week after receiving deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.

If we don't have free stock, the delivery date can be different for different products. Generally speaking, it will take 30 to 40days.

Q5 What about shipping?

We can ship products by LCL or containers for less cost, with neither your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. Please don't forget that we are located in the deepest sea port in China--Ningbo Port, which means that we have the most convenient maritime transportation !
