Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint

The component: synthetic resin,glass bead,pigment,additive,etc.

Synthetic resin: Thermal plasticity and hot melt,make the road strong adhesive’

Additives:Increase coating plasticity, resist deposition,anti-pollution and discoloration;

Coloring pigment: White is titanium dioxide,zinc oxide, etc, yellow is heat resistant lead;

Filler: Mechanical strength, wear resistance and color phase, the size of particle on the fluidity;

Glass beads: Improve the identification, brightness and durability at night.

Two Component Road Marking Paint

The two-component making paint is based on the cold m*t*yl m*th*cryl*te resin system and solvent-free formulation product processing, with A and B components separate packaging, pavement construction, A and B component need to adding curing agent, using special equipment, according to the needs of paint mixing as 98:1 internal mixing or 1:1 internal mixing (or outer mixed)by spaying,coating, formed the lines after curing dry by chemical reaction. It has excellent anti-slip and high wear-resisting performance, long-life, and high reflective at rain night.
