Alkyd Enamel Paint acts as a preparatory or protective coating that prevents rust formation on the ferrous metal surfaces exposed to humidity and air. Used for gates, railings, and outdoor equipment the primer is applied to the rusty surfaces before applying a topcoat.

Red oxide primer protects against rust and corrosion. Use it on ferrous metals likely to be exposed to the elements especially cold air, damp and humidity. It is widely used in the industrial and agricultural industries for structural steel work, outdoor equipment and railings, gates etc.

Before applying red oxide primer to the surface, make sure it is oil, grease, dust, and dirt free. The substrate should be super clean. It is best to clean the surface using a good quality degreasing solution. It will not only clean the surface but also prepares the metal component for paint over coating.

Scrape the flaking and loose materials using sandpaper, paint scraper, or wire brush. However, in some cases, grit blasting or flame cleaning may be needed to prepare the metal surface for primer coating.

It will be better if your have your own forwarder to take care of the shipping.If not, our professional forwarder can help you. DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS/By sea and so on are optional for sample. We can send goods by shipping ways you want.
For sample order, we suggest express, shipping time is about 5-7 days.
For large order, we suggest cheaper ocean shipping. Shipping time depends on your port and quantity. For LCL shipment volume over 1.5CBM or full container, It is the most economical mode of transport.
