GH3230 Powders Description
GH3230 is a Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy with a service temperature range of 700℃~1050℃. The alloy contains bai22%Cr, 14%W, 2%Mo, which has high high temperature strength and hot and cold fatigue properties, excellent organizational stability, oxidation resistance and heat resistant corrosion performance.

Powder properties: High sphericity, smooth surface, less satellite ball, low oxygen content, uniform particle size distribution and good fluidity.
Suitable technology: Powder is mainly used in additive manufacturing 3d printing (SLM/EBM/DED/LENS/DMLS technologies) and powder metallurgy (PM).
Powder application: Superalloy powders are widely used in industrial and aviation turbines, petrochemicals, nuclear reactors,laser cladding and other fields.
