Q: Can I Get samples ?
A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs and courier fee.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
Q: What's the MOQ ?
A: Usually MOQ is around 500 pcs/design to reduce the production cost , however please consult with us for a quotation on orders
under 500 pcs to accommodate you.
Q: What’s the delivery time of your products ?
A: Usually the delivery time is 15-30 days after confirming order and got deposit. Delivery time depending on your purchasing
quantity and production season.
Q:what is your terms of payment ?
A:Normally 30% deposit by T/T in advance before mass production and 70% before shipment after inspection, also we accept L/C at
sight.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A: Quality is priority. Rohs, TUV, UL, CE or SGS Test Report or Certificate is required for all parts or materials’ suppliers, and
certainly we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment, especially a SGS Test Report required for each batch of battery from
approved supplier. Fixed ratio parts are available at buyer’s expense by our purchase prices.
Q: Can we use our own logo and design ?
A:Yes, But your order quantity shall match up with our MOQ, we'll put you logo or design as you instruction . For logo file must
be AI file.
Q: When can I get the price ?
A:Usually We'll quote within 24 hours after getting inquiries. If you are very urgent, please call us or contact through Trade
