3. Is there any gurantee ?

 yes , sure. pls kindly make sure the parcel are kept intact before you sign for it. 

if not, pls ask the courier open it and check the goods is fine inside. if goods lost and broken, pls negotiate with us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
