 III,MM2215 Horizontal Belt Sander

1,This machine is compose of body section ,lifting worktable section ,dust collector section electric control section ,sanding belt drived section ,tighten seat section etc .

2,The body is welded by steel ,it has firmly structure ,good strong feature .

3,The lifting table section is compose of kinetic table ,lifting motor ,worm wheel case ,gear wheel case ,gear belt ,driving spindle etc .

4,The worktable installed on the two leading orbit directly .then installed on the gear wheel case via 4 eccentric wheel to make the worktable moving front and back nimble .

5,The worktable lifting is finished by two AC-contractor and a motor which is 370 W to rotating positive and negative to control ,and installed two limited travel switch to make the  worktable limited moving up and down safety .In order to satisfy working different thickness work piece .

6,The dust collector section is compose of air blower which motor is 1.1 kw and there are two cloth bag installed on the up and down of the dust barrel .The dust can be sunk into the bag .It can realize protect the environment .
