Product advantages
1. Low cost: all products are supplied with a factory applied UV barrier coating and field-ready primer coat. This provides labor cost savings of up to 60-80% over conventional site coated mouldings, eliminating the expense hard labor of masonry cost up to 85%.
2. Light weight: our products are made of 98%closed-cell polyurethane, is 60-70% lighter weight than normal wood product
3. Entirety: classic, elegant and uniform
4. Water-proof: no moisture absorbing, water-permeation and mild -few -arising.
5. Fire-proof: self-extinguishing that means at the location where flame source is introduced and soon as the flame source is removed, the flame naturally and immediately goes out (ASTM E-84. rating of 20)
6. Environment: using polyester as raw material, non-reactive chemically stable and only use water-based paint to maintain a natural living spaces to share our environmental values
